Description: HDPE (High density Polyethylene), textile strengthened with 10×10 threads per square inch, 128g/m2 at least, waterproof, tear resistant, both sides LDPE(Low density Polyethylene) coated, 65cm diameter and 28cm width/height (finished sizes, after sewing), Weight: minimum 255g/piece, with 5cm wide polyester straps sewed aroun the bag, the upper part of the polyester strap of 44cm is used as carry handle, both ends of the handle fixed by cross stitching and countermaterial inside, upper part of the bag with an opening of 130cm, with 16.5×5cm velcro closure in the middle of the opening at the top, the half of the hook part of the velcro closure is sewed to the bag and the loop part of the Velcro closure is sewed around a polyester strap of 37cm length, 29cm of this polyester strap is sewed to the bag rectangular to the handle,with holes at both sides of the bag with a diameter of approx.12cm and an approx. 1.8cm wide polyester trimming. The product in mass production must be the same as per your samples.

Colour: Outside silver and inside black.

Packing: Four pieces to a set with a 5-color offset both sides printed photo-leaflet to a clear transparent heat-sealed polybag(0.1mm thick). Photo-leaflet in A4 size on a 128g/m2 both sides white glossy artpaper. Polybag printed on the back side in black colour with green dot, the recycling sign with number for material and suffocation warning. In addition with black barcode on a white sticker. 8 digit barcode in full compliance with CEN/ANSI-standard ISO/IEC 15416 grade 4 and ISO/IEC 15420 grade good. 12sets in total to a very strong brown export carton.
